The Hoover Met Complex is excited to have Hoover Heights Climbing Center located in The Finley Center. Here are some of the great things we offer!
Hoover Heights has a 1 Hour Reservation system. This allows the staff to stay vigilant and keep our patrons safe and comfortable during their time in the climbing center. Each new session will begin every hour, on the hour during the times that we are open.
Walk-ins are still welcome and will be asked to either wait for the next session to begin or make a reservation to ensure a spot in the next available session should the current session be full.

The minimum weight limit to climb in Hoover Heights is 35 lbs and the maximum is 300 lbs. All children must be able to fit into our harnesses securely in order to climb. Staff discretion will be used to determine if your child can safely climb.
Tickets can be purchased during normal hours of operation. Equipment is included!

Climbing provides a unique experience that will be challenging and fun for everyone in your group. Birthday reservations are for children ages 5-95 and include a 2-hour time slot that can be either private or semi-private.
Hoover Heights is the perfect place for your group event with friends or team building with your company. Group events need a minimum of two hours.
Price is dependent on the number of climbers in the group. Contact our team for pricing and availability!
It is our primary goal to ensure that you and your guests have THE BEST TIME EVER at Hoover Heights Climbing Center!
At the time of reservation, you will be asked to provide a credit card to have on file with your account. Hoover Heights will charge a $100 reservation fee to the credit card account as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for any event booked with us. Final payment will be collected at the conclusion of your event.
Climbing harnesses and shoes are provided for each guest. Socks are required when using our shoes. Climbers are welcome to bring their own shoes, but all climbers must wear our harnesses. We recommend clothing that allows for freedom of movement and advise against wearing skirts or dresses.
We also discourage you from wearing rings, long necklaces, or big earrings as jewelry may get caught and damaged while climbing.
Safety, supervision, and service are our top priorities. Staff will provide a safety orientation, proper gear fitting, safety considerations for each wall, and will do all clipping and unclipping of climbers.
No climbers are allowed to self-clip into our belay devices while in the facility.
Please do not bring food and drinks into the climbing facility.

Each participant under the age of 18 must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. All other climbers can fill out our waiver online or in-person on the day of your reservation.
If you are attending a group event or birthday party please ensure all participants have filled out the waiver prior to your start time. This will expedite your check-in process.
